Description This Rizal, Mochammad. 2020. The Influence of Perceived Environmental Uncertainty, Decentralization and Task Assignment on Performance Accountability as Efforts to Achieve Good Corporate at PT. Kimia Farma in Surabaya. The aims of this study was to determine the effect of environmental uncertainty (perceived environmental uncertainty), decentralization and assignment of performance accountability as an effort to achieve good corporate at PT. Kimia Farma in Surabaya. This study used independent variables, namely environmental uncertainty, decentralization and assignment. While the dependent variable is performance accountability. This study used a quantitative approach. In taking the sample using purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 50 respondents. In analyzing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis test methods, t test, and test of determination. The results of this study indicate that environmental uncertainty had no effect on the accountability of company performance. Decentralization had no effect on the accountability of company performance. The assignment of tasks affects the accountability of company performance.
